As of August 8th 2019, Interlink K.K. has joined the National Federation for Real Estate Transaction Association and has become a member of the Aichi Prefectural Association for Real Estate Transactions.
With a membership of 100,000 real estate companies, which is 80% of the national real estate industry, the National Federation for Real Estate Transaction Association is one of the largest industry associations in Japan.
These associations, whose membership can be identified with the Pigeon Mark logo, support their members and assist with any issues related to real estate to ensure security and safeness for consumers.
The Aichi Real Estate Transaction Association is the largest real estate related group in Aichi prefecture and sees to the proper management and fair trade practices for real estate.
The Association protects the prestige and dignity of its members and strives to improve the nature of the service.
To gain membership into the Association, Interlink submitted itself to a rigorous and exhaustive inspections to verify that we offer our customers the best service in accordance to the Association’s regulations.
The Aichi Real Estate Transaction Association is divided into 15 branches, with the Naka branch, having a long famed history among other branches, includes many well-established companies as its members.
Cezars and Interlink President and Founder, Chris Zarodkiewicz is the first foreign national to become an official member of the Association.
